Luck of the Irish

Luck.  That force which creates incredible unexplained good events in our lives.  Is that right?  Can luck be the help we are looking for when we make important decisions in our lives--such as buying a car or a house?  I'd hope not.  Only careful planning, research, and using professionals can get you the desired results you need and want.

Likewise, in the real estate field, there are those agents and lenders who believe in luck, and those who believe in using years of experience and research to advise their clients.  Using that experience can make a challenging event into a positive memorable one.
