The goal of any real estate consultant is to provide quality service that is memorable and deserving of referral business.
To help my clients, I have changed my web site and have new tabs for buyers and sellers. The buyers will have access links to the Home Buyers Scouting Report and current mortgage rates as well. According to my past clients, the Home Buyers Scouting Report is the easiest and most powerful home search engine available anywhere.
My sellers will have links to all the web sites where I market properties on the internet as well as a new "Seller Feedback" link for showing feedback on their property. Now, they will all be able to find out what the showing agents and potential buyers thought of their property.
All in all, this year is looking great for real estate!!!!!!!
