Buying Your Home

When it comes to buying a home, our philosophy is simple.  It should be fun and easy.  Both Frank and I have owned homes for many years and we still believe that if done properly, buying a home will be fun and easy.

To accomplish this, we have simplified the home buying process.  First off, we believe in getting the least desirable part of the home buying process done first--that is the financing part.  We have teamed up with Mark Trigg of North American Savings Bank who will not only do a thorough credit check, but will stand behind his word and get you the best mortgage available.  Yes, getting a loan is like eating peas when I was a kid.  However, like my Mom always told me, you have to eat your peas before you can eat the ice cream.

After you eat your peas, I mean, get your preapproval letter, then I will open the entire MultiList up for you to look at.  With the integrated Client Portal, I'll set up a customized search so only those properties you are interested in will be sent directly to you.  This saves you time and allows you to enjoy the next part--looking at homes!  (I'm sure you thought I'd say eat ice cream!)
